land surveying is professional service that requires extensive training and knowledge to gain licensure.  as such, the product we produce will be of the highest quality and WILL resolve any further land issues for our client (AS WELL AS OURSELVES).


bandon surveying does not cut corners in the work we do. We will not set unofficial "stakes" at property cornerS or locate property lines "within a foot or two" as is often requested.  if we can't do the job the correct and official way, we don't DO the job at all.        

Bandon Surveying is owned and operated by Terence Campbell, Oregon Professional Land Surveyor #83800.  Terence has 20 years of Land Surveying experience to complement his Bachelors Degree in Environmental Science from Portland State University.

"THERE IS NOTHING CHEAP OR EASY ABOUT SURVEYING ON THE SOUTHERN OREGON COAST" IS WHAT WE LIKE TO TELL CLIENTS WHEN THEY INQUIRE ABOUT GETTING A SURVEY.  THE BRUSH IS THICK AND THERE IS A CHANCE THAT THE PROPERTY CORNERS YOU HAD IN THE PAST WERE BULLDOZED OUT WHEN THE SITE WAS CLEARED BY THE PREVIOUS LANDOWNER.  WITH THAT BEING SAID, THE COST OF A LAND SURVEY IS USUALLY IN THE THOUSAND(S) AND NOT HUNDREDS.  ALSO PROJECTS CAN TAKE A TURN FOR THE WORST WHEN FENCES (OR HOUSES) ARE FOUND TO HAVE BEEN BUILT IN THE WRONG SPOT.  BECAUSE THIS HAPPEN MORE OFTEN THEN WE'D LIKE TO ADMIT, ALL OUR PROJECTS ARE ON A TIME AND MATERIALS BASIS.

BANDON SURVEYING SPECIALIZES IN CREATING HIGHLY DETAILED ASBUILT OR ALTA TYPE SURVEY MAPS.  THESE TYPES OF MAPS SHOW PROPERTY LINES ALONG WITH TOPOGRAPHIC CONTOUR LINES AND ALL OF THE FEATURES (EX. CATCH BASINS, SIDEWALKS, UNDERGROUND UTILITES) THAT OCCUR WITHIN THE PROJECT AREA. 


BANDON SURVEYING ALSO DOES SMALL PARCEL BOUNDARY SURVEYS AND PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT SURVEYS.  BEING A SMALL COMPANY WE DO NOT HAVE THE RESOURCES TO ACCEPT LARGE PARCEL FOREST LAND STYLE SURVEYING.
